NEVER rent from these thieves. They raised my rent from $214-$307 after only 2 months of renting there. That’s a 1/3 increase. Not $10 a month, not $30 a month, they raised it $100 a month with no warning for an 8 x 10 unit. They said they were going to refund the money, but they never did. NEVER rent from these thieves.

I have been here 3 or 4 years , never had a problem unless it was on my end . Karen must be an owners dream employee , extremely approachable and helpful. Any concerns I have had she addressed immediately ,which is impressive considering the number of renters. I can't say enough about Karen ,but with all the storage options available she was definitely the deciding factor. Thanks Karen.

The people we dealt with had extra space were very nice and professional. However after 3 months of using the unit the rate went up $100 from 186 to 286 which is a huge jump that was ultimately the reason we left. Also there was no gate operational at the unit the entire time that we had our stuff in there so that was kind of scary. There was no staff on site either. We found a place much cheaper with a gate and staff and a bathroom that was accessible at a lower price.

We rented a 10x15 unit for some months to better "stage" our home (read de-clutter) in preparation for a sale and move. All the staff with whom I interacted were super friendly and professional, and the grounds and units were always clean. Nothing fancy but reasonably priced and good value! Special kudos to Karen!
