Very pleased
I moved in with no issues on the first day. Over the next few day I had a issue with getting into it. The App would not work on the keypad. So I had to manually punch in every time. It did slow down my move in. I was very happy with the customer assistance I received. He was very nice and helpful.

After my mother died, I had to clean out her home to sell it and I needed to find a storage space last minute. I figured I would have to go far out of the city to get a good price but this was the best price I found. It's clean, climate controlled, convenient, and easy.

Absolutely unacceptable. I am currently in the middle of moving out, and both elevators are out of order. What is the point of having two elevators if neither is maintained? Carrying furniture and heavy boxes up to the 4th floor via the stairs is a nightmare. This shows a complete lack of respect for tenants and zero maintenance oversight. Highly disappointed.

Laurie RileyI have been looking for a storage facility for my prized possessions, I have viewed many companies which did not meet my expectations. I had the pleasure of meeting Susan at Public Storage on Moody St in Waltham. This facility is the cleanest building I have seen by far and the customer service I received from Susan was extraordinary, pleasant, professional and was able to guide me in deciding what space size space I need. She even told me to measure my possessions twice so I don’t undersize or oversize. I am extremely grateful for the tip and will be back to rent a unit shortly. Would like to mention also and most importantly the facility is extremely clean. I can feel safe about storing my items there. Thank you Susan
Lucy RoseI went into Public Storage on both Lexington St and Moody St in Waltham. My advice is to stay away from the Lexington St store. Poor customer service, angry man behind counter heard him on the phone yelling at someone. I was horrified. Went up to Moody St was greeted by a very nice woman Susan. She was very informative and we were able to carry on a conversation without any aggression.
