Great value and convenient!
This is my second storage space at this facility. I decided to open a separate one for business purposes. The process was quick and they even found me a different space that was in the same aisle as my other space… and it was a little cheaper! I read a couple reviews about the cleanliness, so I wanted to note that there’s probably only so much they can do since it’s a drive-in facility, but they do keep the walkways pretty clean. I’ve never seen trash lying around or anything like that, and the new space I just rented was spotless when I checked it out.

I have been here for three years and have had no problems getting in and out. Everyone here is professional and there is even a U-Haul rental office in house.

J RosHorrible customer service and the staff are very rude wouldn't recommend to anyone. Place is dirty and the janitor is always breaking into the units looking for an easy score very shady business practices. They rather loose a 5 year customer and keep employees who are probably reported by the other tenants not satisfied with their lack of professional respect most of the time and brought a toxic environment to their own tenants and success. Hopefully someone gets fired!

Chantel GenestWilson the maintenance guy was awesome, extremely helpful. The manager was off putting. And the place is a dirty place. It's not much they can really do with sinking a ton of money into it but I mean there is some stuff that needs to get done .
Chris BJust started using U-Name-It in West Springfield Ma.... Great rates. Great straight-forward service. I like that... I just wanted to get my area...and do my thing. The staff here are always keeping the place up. Good all around... One thing to note: The bathrooms in the locker area area very rough. They are working on them....and...there is bathroom in the general office area.
