Clean with loading bay and easy access to unit.
Facility is clean. The loading bays make it easy load/unload items even in bad weather. Carts are available to move items to and from individual units. Elevators are provided to get between floors on the facility with your items. Hassle free online process.
Easy to rent
The Barbar Avenue prices were the best in the Worcester area. Unit availability, reservation, move-in scheduling, insurance, one-time lock and administrative fees, initial and future auto payments, and signed rental agreement were all quickly and easily processed electronically. The promotional rent discounts combined with the low insurance fee, one-time fees, site security, cleanliness, amenities, ease of renting, etc. make CubeSmart the only intelligent storage facility to use.

People at the front desk were very helpful and very nice. The place is clean. Just after a major snowstorm so the third bay wasn't shoveled out so got a little crowded unloading my vehicle. The layout is confusing so a map or good signage where units are located would be helpful. Most important are whether the people administering the place are okay and they were all top notch. Thats why the 5-star rating.
