Great customer service
Moved in and forgot to bring / buy a lock. I called the next morning and they were nice enough to lock up the storage with a padlock I bought from them.

My experience with Stop 'n Lock was great. Michelle at the front desk was very helpful and personable, and the storage unit was clean. I was also able to snag a great deal with SpareFoot and AAA by renting here. The units are fenced and gated with a code, and you bring your own standard size lock. Would come back here if I need to store anything in the future!

I had no problems with safety for myself or of my things while in storage. They are also quick to return all calls. If I need storage again I will definitely go straight to Stop and Lock.

Mr. JamesReprehensible.. had a unit here for several years. Dealt with the current owners for over a year. Missed a payment and they sold my unit. Nothing valuable in there. Just important paperwork and family photos, family writings. Sold my unit for a measly couple of dollars. Greed is the only explanation.

Can't speak to the quality of the facility, but if you prefer to be treated like a human, I suggest you look elsewhere.
