I was doubled billed @ the Kiosk I found out for Jan. I called today to cust serv on a Saturday. They told me to take picture of statement and email them. I emailed them right after conversation. I missed the call back, but did get a text they credited my account for my storage. So April its paid for thank goodness. I called bk and talked to Kedeisha and she reassured me no pmt next .month and I voiced my concern on increases. Since Im a 7 yr customer and no late pmts ever she lowered my bill. Its only $15 lowered for I hafe to pay insurance. She was courteous, listed to me, and took care of the situation. I justvwish there weren't increases like this so much though.
Brian SamsBreaking city rules constantly refusing to salt a commercial property. Extremely unsafe. I do not recommend renting here. They are going to reply to this email like they do for everyone else in attempt to get me to remove my review but I won’t. They will give me the customer service number even though I have complained about this issue several times and it’s never been addresssed.
Karma MinnaI had to go through the process 3 times. Got 3 reservations. Only need 1. Couldn't get into my parking spot because the snow was piled up. Still waiting for a call back

I will never call your customer service again)

Customer Service from my minimal experience from starting the contract for a storage unit until I canceled it. Today was fabulous. Easy to talk to approachable and my representative today. Natiesha was really good. She was approachable, respectful, and took care of the issue in a time
