To think it has been just one year since I left a fantastic review of the same exact employee!! I signed up for a 10X10 unit back in November of 2024 and in that time my rates have experienced two different rate increases. Going up over 30 dollars in price in less than a year. If you value your money and want to be informed of price increases the way that Compass contacts you about everything else, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT sign up to store your valuables at this storage facility. You will be in for a very rude awakening, I hope this helps the good people of the East Lansing area save their hard earned money! (:

lucy kEveryone who talked to me was absolutely delightful, so kind and helpful. I’ve never used a storage place myself, and they explained exactly where to go and how to get in. The storage units themselves are clean and seem very safe from flooding too. Very nice place overall!!
