Great Price!
The overall process is very hands-off on their side. I was never able to get a live person to ask any questions or anything. But, overall it was pretty easy to navigate the electronic move-in and all, so no worries. Received my gate code, and moved my boat in on the day my rental began - No issues.
Easy and affordable!
So far so good! I switched from another facility because sparebox offered a better rate and bigger space! I am a full time college student and with today's housing Market I currently live at home but could not bring all my belongings with me unfortunately. I am thankful to have peace of mind that my things are secure and are in a clean and easily accessible facility! The company has been in touch since day 1 assuring a smooth move-in and any accommodations I may need. Thanks again!

Im giving 3 stars because of the conditions. The snow and ice made it very difficult to get to the assigned spot and very difficult to back my boat in. On top of that, not having boots with me my shoes, socks and feet were frozen because of all the snow I had to walk through. Need to do a better job.

That’s when.Kenn Mercier, The property manager, truly stepped up and went above and beyond expectations. Kenn Took charge of the situation, quickly arranging three units that the truck could access. Not only did he find the space, but he also helped me secure pallets to properly store my furniture. He assisted with countless other details, all while making sure everything was ready in time for the delivery. His professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help made all the difference. Within minutes of calling the customer service, the amazing gentleman who operates this location contacted me, and set a plan into motion to get it all fixed within days. He was amazingly communicative, keeping me up to date on the progress. He made it all so seamless and easy. It can be frustrating dealing with an unmanned facility and a generalized customer service, but this guy went above and beyond to make sure this customer was happy. Such a great experience, I’m so glad we switched to this facility! Thanks so much!
