I do agree. Some of the bigger units need to have their own light socket and electricity ran to if we’re going to be paying insurance in our units and honestly insurance should be the customers decision on if they want insurance or not let’s just say someone put $100,000 car in that storage unit and it burnt down. I’m pretty sure for $17 or $25 the cost of insurance you guys are not going to cover that car.

Why are you expecting your customers to pay for insurance in the units. The cost of a 5 by 10 with control temperature is outrageous. To discover the price increase is disheartening. When the storage units don’t have lights inside the unit. Enough room for other customers to access. Even though, customer service is helpful. This doesn’t provide a great feeling of satisfaction when half the time the access code is non functioning. Let’s work together instead of misleading us during the contract process!

We reserved a unit and when we attempted to make payment on the move in date we were told the unit was no longer available. We purchased a different unit and were given a security code. The code did not work. Our code was changed and we were given another code and that did not work. The third attempt to get us a security code to enter the premises so that we can get to our unit was also unsuccessful. The staff on location was very friendly and helpful. We were given a temporary code and have not been updated on the situation since. We are told that our rental agreement is in their system but it is not linking up with their security system...
