Thais Sara head receptionist was amazing, she was polite on the phone, informative about the units and friendly during the facility tour. She also went above and beyond to work with me with my reservation when there was a small number issue on the email. The facility is very clean, however it’s a little jam packed so it’s kind of a maze but once you know your way around it’s ok. The only downside to this property is the access points from the main road, the entry way is a little small and if you have a truck or moving vehicle it might be a little difficult to enter. This place is perfect for the price, and the care the staff takes to make sure you are taken care of.
Naquay CarpenterHonestly, It's a Storage Facility. It has been exactly that since I first got the unit. I've always had a great expariance with them because I've never had any issues. The staff is always pleasant and respectful; definetly deserves all the stars.
Rowan PalmerStaff is very nice and place is kept very clean. Only removing a star because the side door doesn't open even though the keypad screen displays my name and the door chimes. So I haven't had 24hr access which has been a bummer
Melanie BI got the unit for a self-allowed access since we arrived on a Sunday. I've used CubeSmart before and liked the ease of the process. But when we arrived, there's a lock on the unit instead of the welcome tag; (so it's already being used) and since they're closed on Sundays, I have to wait til Monday to even get it figured out. Mind you, my moving truck has to be back Monday so I have to extend it (and pay to do so) because I can't unload into storage on my check-in day. Typically, I enjoy using CubeSmart but this experience is definitely not one I want to repeat.
Rachel HaneyOther than the bathroom being inaccessible because the lock doesn’t work and it was full of trash and no toilet paper and the people that appeared to possibly be living in their unit as they were bringing in food on multiple occasions, the same people blocking the door but not unloading just eating in their car when we had a 26’ UHaul that needed unloading it’s been good. Units were clean for the most part but if people continue to eat in there or light make for more rodents.
