Steve at extra space storage is an incredible employee. I've had storage units all across the country and I've never had the quality of service that I've gotten from Steve. The units and facility are always pristine, clean, and well monitored. I've had a unit here for more than five years and never had a single issue. Highly recommend.
Stephanie PateI rented my unit online but hadn't been able to make it down to the facility yet and I got a courtesy call making sure everything was ok and that I still needed the unit. This was actually a very nice touch because it's been crazy packing and getting everything together. When I finally got a minute to head down, I got to meet with the manager Steve to get everything set up with my unit. He showed me how to access the building and let me know their hours. Steve was incredibly helpful and kind. This move has been ridiculously stressful and hasty, but this part has gone very smoothly!
