Convenient forsure freed up space in my backyard took my camper there friendly and helpful forsure would recommend!!
Checking in was a nightmare! I was told Friday that a male would be at the office for me to complete paperwork and move items in to storage unit. Arrived Saturday, 12/29/25 approximately 11:45 no one was at the Grand River location. Called and spoke to a man who tried to help me complete the online check in. Blank agreement was sent via text message I had to complete and return it as quickly as possible. Upon return the man provided me with storage unit number and gate code which DID NOT WORK. I had to call back talked to someone else to get a code for the gate meanwhile I have three vehicles waiting for me to get through the gate. Very dangerous parking lot conditions which needed to be salted. Please note when you say someone will be onsite please make sure they are onsite!
