i pulled in when the ladies were out of office, but they politely let me know theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d be coming back up to the office soon. the paperwork was quick and easy and they even helped me get set up with the app to open the gate for convenience. 10/10

This facility flies only foreign flags. No American flags. Apparently, they like the USA only enough to take my money. There are other options.
April Marie TuckerIf I could leave negative stars I would. About 80% of my items stored in my 5x10 were destroyed by rats and rat vermin. I emailed the company to see about some help with the bill until I could get rest of my things out and no response. I just had surgery so I need time to get the rest if my things out. I'm not supposed to lift more than 5 pounds. Plus we don't have a truck so need to figure that out. I had very expensive furniture and alot of sentimental items that are destroyed. Irreplaceable things! I'm just disgusted and on top of that my rate for storage has gone up from roughly 60 to 85. I had left a good review because I felt initially we'd gotten a good deal with free truck etc. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Sah MWe’ve worked with this location for years on Penske rentals! They’re incredible. We love Jane she’s kind, considerate, and accommodating. Sadly you don’t see much of that in this industry, but she is the top tier of what the storage and rental community needs. Blessed to have her local and so easy to work with. Will keep coming here for years!
