Staff is accommodating and facility is well maintained
I was very pleased signing up for the new unit, I took the rolling cart out to my car, and once I went to bring it back in I realize there is a concrete step that the carts cannot get over, unless youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re very strong, and can lift a loaded cart. This wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been a red flag if I had seen it before signing the dotted line. I had to pull up to the door and unload my car through the automatic doors onto the cart and then into my unit. I just find it rather inconvenient.
