I reserved a storage unit online as it was offered at an online discount. Within an hour, I had received a call to set up an appointment at the storage facility. When I went to sign off on the unit, the lady that assisted me, her name was Simone, was very courteous and helpful. The transaction was efficient and reasonably fast. Altogether the experience was pleasant.
