While visiting public storage location at 24200 Telegraph rd on July 8,2020, I was pleasantly awarded with keen focus help from manager Tamika. She answiall my questions about renting a storage unit. Then after I areedto rent a units he showed me how to access the unit. Her explanations led Mr to feel welcomed and comfortable as a new renter.
I am happy that I selected Public Storage to store my personal items. The building is clean, safe, secure and the personnel at the desk is always helpful & professional.
Very professional and efficient. Shelia was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful.
