Love the cleanliness and extra amenities
I was very pleased with how clean the entire facility is, and loved that the aisles are very well lit, and there are electric plugs in the aisles handy to the units if we need anything. Spacious, heavy duty, smooth running elevators made the move-in straightforward. The office staff was very helpful, pleasant and thorough. I'm seriously glad I moved to this facility from the competitor I just left.

Mark ThomasLifesavers! And some truly nice & friendly people. My apartment fell through 3 days before I was to move in. With the trailer full of all my worldly belongings needing to be emptied in 6 days and me in another state, the folks here were able to help set me up a space big enough for my house full of stuff, accessible from outside so the the trailer could be dropped off right outside and all over the phone in about 10 minutes. When the trailer got there (the day before I did) they coordinated with the driver so they dropped it exactly where it needed to be. When I got there, it took maybe 5 minutes to finish the paperwork and then the real fun started, unloading that huge trailer. 😒 At least there is free water, loading/unloading is sweaty, thirsty work. The place is so clean, too. I'd gladly use them again.

I have been there a lot in past few years. She is the kindest, gentle soul of a person. So helpful in all ways, to everyone I've seen her with all her customers. How did this person treat her, to get this so called experience. Don't believe it. She has spent a lot of time helping customers with their needs.
