The entire process in securing a storage unit at WSS was a refreshing change. It was quick, simple, and everything was done online, including setting up monthly ACH payment. Communication and customer service on a couple of minor issues was handled professionally and efficiently. A nice bonus was being able to see a map of available units and select the one you wanted.
