Easy-access, clean facility
I found a reasonably-priced space with a nice online monthly rate. Move-in was very easy. I would recommend Sparefoot to anyone looking for storage options.

This site is incredibly unsafe. We needed to move materials out into our storage, but apparently after 2100, the doors lock on the inside! We called the front desk, the national help line, nothing. We are now calling the police. 911 was called, Eagan Police were on their way. One of us who didn’t have an account managed to get ahold of a person who let us out, but that wasn’t achievable with the automated system as it wouldn’t redirect us. A police report with the complaint of the disallowed egress will be filed in the morning with the Eagan Police Department.
Bradley EtzellWell, this would mark the first time Ive been to a storage facility and the manager actually left thw office without a headache! Even after a rocky start to my encounter with the amazing manager, April. The entire facility exceeded my expectations in both cleanliness and security. And to say she completely cleaned this late after what happened in Blaine with the manager and employee working at that facility would be going to far however her enthusiasm and amazing customer service definitely put some elbow grease on that stain!

Maqaa KeeI had an extremely disappointing experience with this public storage facility. The lack of availability, both in person and over the phone, is simply unacceptable. Every time I needed assistance, there was no one around to help. Attempts to reach out via phone were equally futile, with calls going unanswered and messages not returned. This level of service is terrible and not what I expected. I cannot recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for reliable and accessible storage solutions.
