I was very pleased with the service and the facility. The only comment I would say is that I wasn't warned ahead of time about needing insurance for the items in the unit, which was $15/month if you use theirs (and you have to have proof of insurance when you're signing the contract). It's cheaper through my own insurance company but not worth the hassle (for me at least) to change it. Which is probably why they don't warn you ahead of time.
