It would been nice if I had been told it was self service check in
The response from online reservation was quick and welcoming. Van at the sign in desk was friendly, informative and thorough! Storage room is clean and convenient! I made the right decision!!
Overall, the facility was well-secured and clean. I did not like the fact that there was not an actual person to set up my account.
It was very difficult to get our 26' moving van into the space. There was a hairpin turn with a concrete wall on one side and a cell tower on the other. We had to wait till the next day to get in. But the manager was quick to aid us. I would use them again.
