VinnyWish I could give no stars. Stuff was stolen from my unit, cops said this has been happening alot there and their cameras don't work! Called and called and called, was told by the customer service peeps, who are not local, that I'll get a call back from management. Never once received a call! Then a mass email goes out saying someone is putting items into the unit and claim it or it goes to auction. I called because you know, nothing could be added as it was stolen, so I called and never received a call back! I'm seriously wondering if some worker isn't stealing stuff and then adding it to units and them auctioning it off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
Drew LancasterI could be totally wrong and if I am I apologize 😔, but you all have I can't even count the amount of storage units at your facility and got the feeling someone just didn't want to work 😕 and should that be the case that's very bad business. Was let down. Like I said if I'm wrong ill apologize. Just really let down
