Great customer service easy to move in elevator would be nice
Loved it move in and process was very easy
We had a great experience with Veronica in the booking, follow-up and check-in process. It was super convenient to buy the unit lock at the facility. It would be nice if the storage place had an elevator for the second floor unit. It would seem easy based on the building to add this.

Moving back to Oxford, MS and needed a climate control storage unit. Rented a 15x20 unit. Facility is clean, even the movers were impressed. Veronica is the best in answering questions and making sure you are set up.
