This Review is for the New Climate Controlled Units at 6422 Hwy 11 Picayune. Amazing new storage facility, state of the art Security and Locks, Very Clean. (No rodents or insects), I followed their guidelines of no food items or any smells like spices to attract them. The Staff at Executive Storage are Great to Work with, never an issue in over 16 months. I have told everyone I know that I have never in 44 years, (many storage unit rentals), this is the Best I have seen !!

Patricia LeeI have used these storages for 9 years total and one problem with rats and these rodents get in your storage it can be devastation. I didn't realise I left some food bags in a container from our Christmas homeless outreach. So I have to take some responsibility .the owners took care of the problem and was very apologetic over my losts. i would use them again but next how are use them again,

paula GanttWe had our stuff here for only about 4 months when rats infested our unit and peed, tore up, and damaged a majority of our stuff. They would not give us any money back even though a lady put dog food in a unit nearby. We had to move everything back to our house and now need to get it somewhere else because we can't keep it under the house. Total nightmare! Do not rent from them unless you want these issues.
