Quick and easy
Easy same day on-line registration and moved in within a few hours. Ryan at the office closest to MSU was very helpful and patient.
Overall good experience, reservation was not clear, kiosk didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work
Made reservation on phone, was not told that it was an unmanned facility. Called reservation line again and sent to another tacitly with a kiosk - entered almost all my info and then the computer went down, so then I called back and got another person- Malvin, who was very helpful and actually in Starkville. I was able to register and pay all on my computer and given gate code and unit. I wished I would have been told that in the first call. Malvin also gave me his cell phone in case I had issues after hours! Very clean, felt very safe at MLK location

Elizabeth WooldridgeWe stored our items here while we were building and purchased both a climate controlled and a regular unit. Much to our surprise after 8 months of paying a substantial rental payment every month, we retrieved our items to find that 3 of my new mattresses had water damage from a water leak in the "climate controlled" unit... would they cover the damages... NOPE! They told me to file it on my home owner's policy that covered the storage unit... HELLO.. why should I pay for a claim when it was neglect on your part for not keeping up your units! Don't waste your time here, go to someplace that will stand behind their place of business and not just in it for a fast buck!

Ricardo LedezmaIt was great, customer service was always exceptional if I could reach someone instead of the automated system. If I had to complain, I am just a little disappointed with bug control, but in general it was nothing I didn’t expect. For the price in comparison to others, I would definitely come back. If getting a climate controlled locker fixes the bug issue then I could also justify the extra cost.
