I got a great deal on two months storage. Making arrangements was super easy and fast. When I used my gate code for the first time It wouldn't work, but in minutes they remotely opened the gates and I was in. The unit was clean and well maintained. Locks were furnished and that was extremely helpful.

Owl Storagein Eldon MO is not the place to rent storage units. I rented a unit and took possession of it on April 11th or 12th. The day I took possession I had to text the operators that the gate code I was given did not work. They opened it remotely. I went to the unit I rented and it had a black lock on it. I did place 2 items in the unit knowing that I would be returning to add more stuff. Easter day, I took a load of items to the storage unit I rented. The gate code and lock on my unit were changed and the owner did not communicate the changes to me. When I finally gained access with the changes, I opened the unit and the two items I had left previously were gone from my unit. When I reported it they told me “you will need to initiate an investigation, file a police report, and contact your insurance because that is what your insurance is for.”…I did let them know to cancel my contract and refund my money for the unit as my items were stolen. This is a gated storage unit with cameras….based on my experience with the lack of communication and security, I would not recommend or use this facility.
