We went up to see the units and the lady in the office let us go see the units so we could decide what size we needed.

Their customer service is wonderful! I had a 10x10 storage unit for 3 years, and I had a great experience while I had my belongings there. Although I no longer need a storage unit, I recommend them to anyone looking to get a storage unit! My dad and some of my boyfriend’s family have also had units here, and they had a great experience as well!
