I have used Public Storage before and recieved excellent service,and this time was no different. Gracelynne did an amazing job with showing the unit,getting the paperwork done, and keeping communication professional and open . This why I will continue to choose this place.

I have rented several storage units at various Public Storage facilities over the past several years and this one located at 47th & Raytown Road is by far the best in many ways. The property is very well kept, no trash or litter strewn about, the individual units and main buildings are all in good, clean condition and working order, no broken doors or peeling paint, the grounds are well lit, all lights were working and the customer service provided by the property manager, CJ, was very friendly, professional, thorough and accommodating which made the leasing process a very pleasant experience, she let me know that my business was appreciated and that she would be happy to help if I needed anything further. How refreshing it is to do business with someone who actually cares, takes pride in what they do and does it so very well with the utmost of sincerity. Thank you CJ for providing me with such excellent and personable service!
