Love this place. The manager was the nicest lady i ever met!
They worked with my timing situation to move in.
The guy called checking on my situation on my reserved storage and was patient on my ability to check in and finish my payment. And it's clean quiet and ready for me to move in.

Check-in was fast. The facility has a great elevator and carts to move items.
Easy check and instructions
Check in was extremely easy and took about 5 minutes. Even though I had to go to a different facility to check in, I was already in the area, so I didn't have to go out of my way. The woman that helped me was easy to understand and she gave me a nifty map of the facility so I would know where to go. I only needed storage for overflow from my one bedroom apartment. It was getting cluttered and I had boxes upon boxes of random stuff, so it all went into the storage unit. Reasonable price for a 5x5, fit a bookcase, a set of golf clubs, and about 12 boxes of varying sizes. Definitely a great investment for peace of mind. The annex where I stored my stuff is super secure, easy to navigate, and really clean. I really appreciated that they had rolling carts to put boxes on which made the storage process even easier. Definitely recommend Storage Mart.

I visited three different storage companies and I immediately chose this one. The prices are incredibly affordable, the units are clean, and the buildings are very secure. The customer service made a huge difference; Sifonia answered all my questions and gave me a tour of the facilities, even showing me the different units so I could compare their sizes. She was very pleasant and helpful.
SandraSophia was very helpful and easy to communicate with , she assisted me in a timely manner and was very courteous. But when it came down to me getting back in with my code I wasn't able to get in. Gave them a call and was told 4 different times that all my documents wasn't signed so I keep signing and about 2 hour latter final getting a person that didn't give me a run around and all my stuff setting outside the gate got the help I needed from the start to get me in
Jolinda WhiteDon't rent from this company. First they have a administration fee, they like to call it, that's $29 and you don't get that back ever. then you have to pay your storage bill, and if it is past the 3rd of month, you will be carged a $20 late fee. Then provide a lock or they will put one of theirs on it and charge you $18.99 for it. Oh it does not matter what day of the month you rent your unit they're going to charge you again on the 1st of the next month so my husband paid a full rental on the 27th of November and they turned around and billed him another full month on the 1st of December. So he paid the same for 4 days as he did for 31. And don't let your code get compromised or they'll kick you out immediately and anybody that you know that has a storage unit there, even though they're only being kicked out through association with you. My code got compromised, I do not know how, but it did, they threw me out and my husband too. I had just paid my storage bill when this happened, but I didn't get that money back either so they are nothing but liars and thieves, oh, and extortionists. A friend of mine decided to cancel her unit, because of what happened to me. They called her and said that since didn't empty her unit within 48 hours, she couldn't have her stuff back, unless she would pay them $50 to put in their pocket, not to the company. They told her not to tell anyone. They also kept her money and issued no refund. I couldn't get my emptied on time and they also kept my stuff. They didn't offer to sell me mine back. And I had high dollar stuff in it. Like I said, they are thieves. Personally I'm getting my lawyer to sue them. For me and my husband and my friend Save yourself and go to public storage, at least they are transparent.
