I put my stuff in storage with the trust that it would be safe, especially since it was a brand new facility. However, my stuff was not safe due to faulty ventilation equipment. This caused all of my items in my unit to developed mold and mildew. All or most of my items will need to be thrown away, replaced or washed and sanitized. I am being told that my items are only worth $500 and that is all I will be receiving. Not acceptable. Although Melissa has been amazing through the process, it has overall been a very frustrating experience. I need to get my items out of there as soon as possible, but they cannot be placed in my current residence because I have asthma and mold and mildew causes breathing problems.
S HRenting a storage locker at ExtraStorage Space location 1500 Prospect Road, Lake St Louis, Missouri has been agreat experience. The facility is always clean, well kept, and secure. It is run by a friendly and knowledgeable staff who are easy-going and always helpful. Staff are on-site everyday but Sunday, and Access Hours are everyday from 6:00AM to 10:00PM via secure code. I would heartily recommend this location for those needing either short- or long-term storage.
