Amanda Hurn was referred to me by my brother. He had the pleasure of working with Amanda when selling his Missouri home a few years ago (I am also located in another state). He and his wife spoke very highly of her knowledge and professionalism, and I echo those sentiments. Amanda has many strengths, too numerous to mention. However, the absolute one strength I admire most is her communication skills. We were briefed and communicated regularly regarding the status of our father's home, this being a time when the housing market seemed unstable. She kept us abreast of all inquiries and also reaffirmed that the market would rebound, even if ever so slightly to "get some nibbles" and interest in the home. She exceeded our expectations and we commend her for her diligent skills, closing out before the end of the year-which was one of our main requests. Our dad can rest assured that he has the funds to care for his ongoing quality of life needs at age 92, in large part thanks to Amanda!
