I needed a self-storage solution soon and the clock was ticking. The other locations around me either had no vacancy despite my having an online reservation, were overpriced, or couldn't be bothered to answer my calls/would ghost me when we agreed to a time to show me a particular unit in a higher-security type of location. Pack & Stack Mini Storage were SUPER helpful, prompt and polite! They were also flexible with the date I needed and prorated the first month's rent accordingly. Derrick made this process super-easy to complete with clear instructions & was easy to communicate with. Much appreciated!
Moving in was a bit difficult as the snow hadn’t been removed so the U-Haul had a hard time getting over the snow hump and then we were walking and carrying in snow on our feet the whole time.
