Worst experience ever!
We rented 1 large unit for about 1 1/2 years, always paid in months in advance, constantly battled late charges. During this time we also rented another storage unit for a vehicle. This unit was broken into and we were never notified. Near impossible to speak to someone, although they show hours of operation, good luck at finding anybody there when you need them. When it came time to evacuate the unit, proper notice was given per the contract, I cleaned the storage unit Evan sweeping the walls, we were told we would not recieve a refund of the advanced payments that were made. When asked why? The answer was because we don't have to.

Love this Facility! Not only are they the best priced facility in the area but they also are very aware of what's happening at their business which is important as there are a lot of break ins in the Sedalia area. No issues with bugs or water leaks either. I've rented from them twice and they are the only facility I will use in the area.
Jacob MastersTried to reach someone never could. Needed a unit bad went elsewhere and got in a lot of trouble. Im trying to just get a unit to store belongings. Hopefully they can repair themselves, in the future.

West 50 in Sedalia has friendly and helpful staff who were always available by phone or in person to answer questions and offer assistance from everything from proper storage unit size to U-Haul rental. The rent was reasonable in price for a large unit at $119 per month. The competition in Columbia was twice the price for the same size unit and I was never able to encounter the staff, which showed me how great West 50's service really is. I would recommend this storage unit to anyone.
Mark BrownWest 50 is a professional place. During a 2 year period, I had rented 3 spots from West 50, always received the best support and flexibility. The manager, Jennifer, was capable, courteous and understanding when dealing with my concerns. They have clean units, great security using an entry gate and cameras. I highly recommend West 50 when you need a storage facility.
Norma WheelerHad a problem with getting our lock after purchasing it. Called Jami and she sent over a lady who was on site and she took care of us. Then we had issues getting to our storage container as the gate wouldn’t open with our code. Again, has to Jami and there was an issue after they updated? Anyway, both ladies, I sure do wish I could remember the lady at the facility’s name, both did an awesome job! Even after the 5th phone call! Glad we came here to rent out storage unit.
