Customer service is excellent so far....I would just want a little more direction once inside the space. It takes me a while to find my space and there is absolutely no connection to outside. Although I am sure that is to keep it clean and climate controlled. If you are claustrophobic like me it can be overwhelming and everything looks exactly the same. However it's super clean. No lights though on the inside of your unit. Overall though big improvement for me.
