The man upfront was helpful & nice. The storage unit is a good space and at a good price
I arrived at the facility shortly after opening. 2 men sitting at a desk, and I was not greeted as one was playing on his cell phone and another on a tablet. I started to inquire with the man on the tablet and was stopped mid sentence and told he was in a meeting and could not help me. I then waited for the other guy to get off a cell phone and acknowledge me. I let him know I had reserve 1 unit. I was took to a unit and appalled by how dirty and dusty the unit was. I ask if there was a different unit to which I was told they all look the same. I immediately left and called around. I got ahold of another locker place at the place in Jefferson County the guy was very nice and offered to transfer me to the locker in Eureka. I asked to speak to the District Manager about this and he said he would relay the message. I have not heard from him yet regarding my experience. By grace I have ben able to get the locker at A-1 locker.
