My wife and I had recently moved back to the area after 10+ years in the southern part of the state and planned ahead to do so thinking ahead but to no avail as EVERYTHING fell through once getting here most specifically the storage place we had retained. Looking elsewhere for services, we come across BestBox and they were and are a " Godsend.They took care of our situation quickly and efficiently and as far as the pricing goes, you're not going to beat 2 free full months and depending on your needs as far as size, VERY reasonable prices. As far as I am concerned, they're ACES with us !!! ﾃｰﾅｸ窶伉催ｰﾅｸﾂ渉ｿ
I've slid in the snow and couldn't access my unit because it was sheer ice then I had to dig it out just to open then again to close the door. I've left repeated messages and no one has ever called me back. I've had the worst time just trying to get anyone on the phone from this company. They'll rent you a unit and once that happens they don't care about you, any issues that arise and even businesses around the area didn't have the amount of ice and snow this place had...it was ridiculous.
