Alil pricey but got a move in special but still pricey excellent response time though customer service was on point Ask for Gina she called promptly at 8 am after i put in a reservation at 1 am that same morning
A well run facility with helpful, albeit virtual, staff.
One of the better facilities I've seen here in Lincoln. Clean organized and efficient. Couldn't ask for more.

The reductions to medical characters at home limit any serves to indulge the doctor.

Employee was very kind and very helpful.
It is pretty clean when walking to my unit, but wish they had other doors unlocked so it would be less walking, I have a health condition that made it really hard for me.

Reserving a unit online was fast easy! They call you and all leasing is done over the phone. It was lovely talking to Janna, too! It’s one of the closer sites to UNL and very convenient to Downtown. Thanks for a great experience!
Amy MichalekGreat place so far! Making a reservation was easy. My family went to the unit to check it out before our move-in day. We talked to Morgan on-screen and she was so nice and helpful. The building was clean and well-cared for. Later in the week I spoke to Laura over the phone and again was impressed with how friendly, helpful, and professional she was. On move-in day we had no issues and have been very happy with FreeUp Storage thus far! Highly recommend!
Connie BrownI have been at the facility for awhile but it has never ran like this. Wanda the new manager is the most wonerderful women. She listens and to the best of her ability takes action to make the experience that much better. She's always has a smile and a kind word. Letting you know of updates to system or things coming. The whole place feels so much different just having her there. I feel as if I've known her forever. She doesn't just listen she sees to it the your happy that things are going okay that there are no problems. I feel as if I've gained a friend. Just a fantastic place if you want secure storage someone who hears you great rates. Wanda has made it that much better. Keep up the good work Free Up. If you store there or go there looking for a unit it's more like family and know Free Up cares and so does Wanda best manager ever. Thank you Wanda
