Easy Move In, Friendly Staff
I was able to reserve a unit just a few days in advance, with no trouble. The man I worked with on the phone was very friendly, and in person he was just as helpful. It was easy to move in, paperwork was minimal, and the unit was clean. First storage experience ever, and it was way easier than I had thought it would be.

If you schedule a move out date they’ll continue charging you for rent even after communicating to an associate that I lost the key to my lock, tried to cut it off myself and could not get past their security latch on the door. Told them since they had already charged me ANOTHER month of rent at $272, they are welcome to cut off my lock and dispose of any belongings I forgot in the unit. They agreed and said they would cut it off and end my rent. Now it is February 2nd and I have just been charged for ANOTHER month of rent. Good thing I removed my credit card from my account because I’m not paying another dime to this company. It is almost impossible to get ahold of someone at the office anyways.

She was the one that checked us in intially and just helped us with a little snafu where we were "vacated" through a clerical error (not her fault, took care of it immediately) Give that gal a BIG raise!
emilee graserThe staff doesn’t communicate among themselves when it comes to unit issues. I was getting calls every single day about my outstanding balance and I had to explain each time what was going on instead of them communicating with each other. They piled on fees upon fees even after promising me they wouldn’t. Absolutely trash people who don’t answer the phones and aren’t helpful what so ever.
