Need a bigger unit and they had just what I was looking for. Priced at market value for this area. As long as the price stays reasonable will continue to use public storage. And square foot.com was great could compare prices and units quickly and make a reservation all in one click
Save my backend at the last minute
Only issue I had was on the first time I tried to pay for my contactless unit, the system glitched and I had to start over- except my email was showing “already in use” and I had to start over with another one. Otherwise, it really came in handy since I waited until the last minute to reserve.

Shanon KnightNice storage place. Occasional issues with a gate being out of order but nothing major, they have 2 so never a major problem. Always clean and tidy when we went. Had stuff there for about 1 year.

They don't drag it out or make it difficult in any way. It is all so easy. So many retailers could take a note from them. Would highly recommend them!
ToniThe facility is fine, although I think the individual units should be lit and onsite management should be more available. The rent is my issue! I have been a customer for eight years, starting when it was LockBox. Since it has become PS, they have raised my rent from $65 to $180 for a 10x10 interior. They just notified me that it would increase from $150 to $180 next month!! 😱 Oh, and if you're late, they cut off your lock and tell you "please secure your property immediately" as a pressure tactic, knowing good and well that many customers are out of state. That and multiple threatening emails and texts a day. Corporate bullies! I drove out here and spent an entire weekend getting out asap...I'M FINISHED WITH PS!! 😡
Will MillerThey will raise your rent at-will sporadically just to do it. There is no rhyme or reason for it other than they can, and they will. It starts out reasonable, but if you talk to them about it, they say that it's in the agreement that they can. You can make payments on time for your entire agreement, and it does not matter. You just get an email about the increase. The 10x15 will start less than 100.00, and now I'm up to 265.00. It's an insane practice. I thought it was the economy, but that is not the case after looking online prices up and seeing the rates are what I started out at. Just crazy
