I went here just to check out the facility and the manager Julie greeted me and showed me around, answered everything I had questions about. She was very knowledgeable and sincere in the input she shared. She was genuinely positive and very committed to the accolades of what public storage had to offer over other storages. She was honest and straight forward, leaving nothing to guess. Needless to say I will be trusting public storage with my storing needs. Thank you Julie for excellent service and making me confident in my decision to store my belongings with public storage.

My home away from home. I don’t want to jinx anything because so far it’s been a great experience considering my own personal situation. Julie is totally awesome, she listens and she enforces. I know I probably spend too much time there, I have my reasons, and because they are such good and decent people in the office I don’t want to do anything that would risk having to leave and go elsewhere. Julie is great and easy to get along with, that is so important to me. Just communicate and be honest and she will do the same back. She deserves a raise just don’t raise the rent. Haha. One of the best storage places I’ve ever rented from and I’ve had more than my share of storage units over the years. Their rates are compatible and so far so good as far as rates staying the same. It’s clean and organized has easy access by Bluetooth and they even have the option to pay a fee for 24/7 access should it be needed. Thank you to everyone at the Gardnerville location for making this a great experience.

So I dropped by the public storage facility in Garnerville because I wanted to get some information on their availability and pricing before I start my move. I called public storage to get the process started prior to my arrival I have rented at facilities in the California Bay Area in the past, so I knew that this was the best way to get things started. The service was amazing ! Usually, if I called, I wouldn’t be able to see a unit that day per se or perhaps hours later I would get a call back to come in and view available units but not here. The three women that I spoke to were on top of it! The first one was the service rep, I don’t remember her name, who I called and spoke to in the beginning then I got a call back from somebody else. I’m not sure who it was, another woman, who assured me that she had contacted the on-site manager of the facility in Gardnerville, and that she would meet me there outside of the gate in 10 minutes! So I turned around and drove back to the facility and there was JULIE with a big smile on her face and a warm greeting for me! I must say, I agree with the other reviewers when it comes to the Gardnerville public storage on site manager, JULIE is exactly what they say. She’s competent. She knows her stuff. She’s friendly. Gives you all the information before you can even think to ask about it. I have not begun my move yet, but when I do, I will definitely be renting a unit at the Garnerville public storage because I know that my stuff will be safe, and that the service will always be competent and friendly.

Incredibly helpful. And the manager Julie is top notch customer service has gone above and beyond for anything I needed, answered all my questions. Almost Everytime I’ve been at my unit I see her in her cart and she is so friendly and polite. Will continue to use this facility and tell everyone I know. This is the only place to get storage from. Facility and units are and were and continue to stay clean and well kept. Wish I could give 10stars Update: just rented another unit, and service didn’t disappoint. Julie once again went above and beyond to help me and my team out, super polite respectful and helpful made setting up another one a breeze! Keep up the great work.

Great experience. Spoke with Julie, she was so helpful and patient with me and all my questions and concerns. I went there uncertaint and nervous about that thought of trusting strangers with my lifes belongings but after speaking with Julie I left feeling assured, relieved and certain that's where I want to store my keepsakes.
