A little anxiety about leaving motorhome in Las Vegas until I actually saw where I was parking. Excellent customer service and a great secure area
The agent that helped me named Juan was awesome to work with. Very friendly and kind.
I wasn't having a good move day between truck rentals and going to the facility between 2:07pm -3pm to see a closed for 1 hour sign wasn't making things any better. I will not lie in the beginning waiting in 114 degree heat I was a little irritated. I do understand the rep needs to eat this is the reason I didn't come between 12-1 or 1-2 also calling CSR to inform my arrival. The rep came back early flagged me for service and made a positive impact on the rest of my move and day! He did an amazing job of explaining, being detailed and reassuring me the rest of my day would be better. It was! So thank you and the only suggestion I would make is text future new storage renters who have same day reservations if out of office. That would get 5 stars!
The paperwork's didn't took long time to wait and the employee who assisted me was so helpful and accommodative. Those kind of employee must be always at the customer service,coz as a customer,I think I won't have a second thought to get the unit here in extraspacestorage at rancho. Keep up the good job always and up!
The storage company should mount additional cameras. Additional cameras are cheaper than the technology thieves are purchasing online to illegally enter your locked premises.
