Not only is the current promotion on the storages a total steal and winning the competition…but Robert the owner has excellent business practices. He is more concerned about being helpful and accommodating to the rising cost of living for consumers than being greedy as a business owner. Uncommon. Most storages have extra costs and stipulations for the simplest things, but Robert runs things straightforward and simple. As far as late rent there is a 2 day grace and at 7 day a lockout, but will hold your storage for 2 months unlike most places that will seize and sell after a lockout. Another great example of receiving and retaining business as opposed to being greedy in a turbulent economy. Final note…no contracts!!!!…overall…the best deal in town…PS…PS…they also have a moving truck they let people use that you can schedule and reserve…secure that in advance as this storage is a hot commodity and the best deal in town.

Even though I booked online they called me and let me know that there were a couple other units a little bit bigger that were around the same price if that would help me out. They went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information needed to make an informative decision.
