Also, I was a client of self storage from April 2025 from when Excuse meI moved here to December 2025 and at every turn they were helpful and responsive to all my needs. Asuzena Ruizwaste of time and they are a SCAM, the price is fake they are false advertising a lower price and then adding an admin fee that’s NON REFUNDABLE?? the property manager was not even on site and they wanted to set up a meeting THE NEXT DAY when I need the storage unit NOW, that’s why I paid for it. make sure and do business somewhere else.
Kindness MattersI struggled to find the correct Public Storage facility located closest to my home. I made several different reservations at both South and North McCarran facilities, neither of which were nearest my home. Mari and Jameson were phenomenal in helping me locate the correct facility. And Mel went above and beyond her duties to help me get the best storage unit available and even ensured I got the on-line deal. These fine people turned a stressful and anxious event into a day at the beach.
