When I showed up to rent my unit the office person was very thorough and friendly. He made sure I understood everything including any attempted hidden cost. He even went through everything so clearly that I felt stupid for not having any questions to ask him........ I would say that out of all the storage units I have had in the past, this by far was the easiest and nicest place. Thank you
