Inside was many spider webs and Spiders but unit was very good size for us.
The whole process was very easy, and they were very helpful and responsive.
Process was simple. Booked online and just showed up. I was surprised that there was not a person working, instead a kiosk. Kiosk was easy to use.
There is no human customer service on -site, and that wasn't communicated. What's worse, there's very bad reception in that area, so completing the reservation over the phone was not easy. In general, I had zero knowledge of what to expect on site. My movers had to leave when it took long to figure out the facility. In addition, I was recommended a very large storage unit, despite the fact that I told the rep I only have a few items. A rep on the phone refused to transfer me to a supervisor to discuss this.
