I had excellent customer service, I moved across country and the team at BlueBird in Dover was amazing, a move like that is very stressful but moving into this facility took the stress off at final stage of the move. They helped me coordinate with my movers and were very friendly while doing so! When I got to facility to move in, they provided all the info I needed, the facility is super clean, lots of carts to bring in and carry out your stuff. Definitely would recommend this place!
This place has it all!
This is a brand new facility that is close to UNH in Dover. It is super clean and temperature controlled. The price was great due to the 50% off discount for 3 months. Julie in the office is fantastic and answered all my questions over the phone. When you get there, you just use an app to open the door and your unit so no added fee for a lock. There are carts available for your use as well. And there were no hidden administrative fees. I plan to use this place for my daughter's four years at college every summer. Cannot say enough good things about it!

If you need storage in or around Dover, NH and you pick anywhere but Bluebird, you’re making a mistake.Vicky and the staff are amazing- friendly, outgoing, and helpful. The place is IMMACULATE and completely modern with no physical locks- all app controlled locks to get in and out of the units and the building. Excellent supply of carts to help you get stuff to your space and huge loading bay doors to bring it through. I was shocked at how well designed and efficient the place is. Get your storage here -you won’t regret it.
Livin'-LargeThe folks at the desk are really nice and helpful. The other employees (maintenance, etc.) that I've met are all very nice and keep the place clean, well maintained, and running smoothly. They provide nice carts to help move your stuff. The location is convenient for me and the hours are usually fine with my schedule. The storage spaces are secure and clean. The temperature and humidity seem to always be well controlled. In my experience - it's never crowded. They are up-front with prices and no hidden fees. If you have to store some thing(s) - this is a great place.

We are very impressed with everything about them! ** update Bluebird provided movers to pick up everything in our apartment and deliver it to our storage unit. These guys could not have been more wonderful! They showed up exactly on time, and moved everything so efficiently. Also, Jordan and Jonah were just kind, friendly, and upbeat and helped make a stressful day a lot better. Thank you guys!!

But most of all the employees were very friendly and helpful and made this storage and transition a pleasure rather than a pain that I have experienced in the past with other storage companies and movers!
