The manager Wendy was awesome. She was very friendly, outgoing and very professional when talking with us about the facility. The prices are excellent for the units. I am very happy so far.
John (from tyngsborough) was very polite and professional. He showed me the until and had all the paperwork organized. The whole experience took less than 20 minutes!
Pro: Really good price, storage area is clean and secure. Con: Loading is done through cargo loading bay that's 5 feet off the ground, so you have to lift your belongings 5 feet just to get them into the building. Elevator is a large service elevator with giant gates that need to be lifted and closed by manual force. No inspection stickers of any kind on the elevator. Most of the building is empty, eerie, unfurnished. Creepy vibes. If you are not physically fit, it will be a challenge to get through both the loading bay and the service elevator, especially if multiple trips are required.
