I recently rented a unit at this facility and met with Nick and a very pleasant young woman who provided me with outstanding service! Before I even looked at the unit, they were extremely attentive to my questions and concerns and swiftly provided answers without hesitation. Clearly, they know their jobs. They asked me several times if I had any other questions and, in addition, provided me with valuable additional information that I would not have thought of asking. Nick then took me to see the unit, which I was very impressed with. The grounds were extremely well cared for, and the unit was extremely clean. They were also in the process of repainting the buildings and all exterior doors. I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t emphasize enough how happy I was with the customer service provided by Nick and the young lady during my visit and apologize for not remembering her name. Once my tour of the facility was complete, I was more than happy to sign the rental forms immediately! I want to thank Nick for the tour and welcoming me as a new customer.
