My family has used Mini U Storage on 3 separate occasions throughout some years and have always had wonderful experiences. I myself have used the truck they have available 2 times it has always been a very smooth and easy process.I am using them now, originally got a unit too big and asked about getting a smaller one. Their staff Bill and Diane are great! They made it clear that I could move stuff from the too large of a unit into the smaller with days free to do so without a charge of another month of the larger and the new charge for smaller one also, which is great of the company to do. They're always helpful and polite and kind and major plus for me is their patience with me, I tend to be chatty, lol But I never feel rushed, I feel comfortable, they listen, Diane gave me a cold water bottle tonight and I was so thirsty it was like she knew but it's something littke like that and them offering to shovel the smow away from my new smaller unit lwhen I got it, just very kind and to me just do good business and have every time we have used them. A smaller corporation like Mini U is the way to go in my opinion. And added plus the convenience of the back entrance as well on Cooper Road in addition to the Route 73 main entrance is great! Highly recommend!!

What a great experience . I came in the office feeling a tad bit anxious. Diane and Bill were so understanding with my situation and told me to take my time and they were very patient. I felt comfortable and safe. Bill took me to see the unit to make sure my belongings would fit . Bill was very thorough and had answers for all my questions . Diane offered me water and made sure I had a lock for my unit. You cannot beat the price, the cleanliness of this property I give 5 stars and most importantly the professionalism, you don’t find this type quality often. Highly recommend this property.

This place stands out above the rest! Diane is super sweet and the place is kept really clean. The prices are great and so are the benefits of storing here. Bill and Diane take great care of the place and their customers 🧡 They gave me $25 worth of free moving supplies and then I bought some more because the items were accessible and not over-priced. (Even the lock for my unit was included, which was great because I forgot mine at home 🤦🏼‍♀️) They have deals on almost everything and they even have a moving truck included with your rental! There are also referral incentives, as well as a gift card for Starbucks if you reserve a unit through sparefoot (current to the end of July 2025 when I rented my unit - I don't know how long they'll be doing that for though.) Highly recommended!

Mini U Storage is hands down the best storage facility I’ve ever utilized. Everything is clean, easily accessible, and the prices can’t be beat. Bill was SO kind and accommodating. We’re very happy with our decision to rent here, and will definitely recommend to everyone we know!
