Kym is the MVP! I had an issue with my account and called after hours to leave a message. A lot of places won't ever get back to you, but Kym called me the very next morning! I was pleasantly surprised and my account issue was fixed timely since Kym provided real-time solutions. This is the second positive experience I have had with Kym and I can't thank her enough for caring about her customers! These are the type of positive and caring experiences that make someone like me want to stay as a loyal customer to Public Storage.

I called in and was connected with a representative named Kym, who guided me through the entire process step by step. She was patient and made everything easy to understand—like walking me through it as if I were in second grade (in the best way!). Her professionalism and kindness really stood out. Overall, a fantastic experience!
